Q: I have been using the Calming Spray for a while and I’m not seeing any improvement. Should I stop using it?

A: When the spray is used, the perception of the pheromone by your pet is immediate. Results may vary based on the severity of the problem and the individual pet.

A: We would recommend testing for colorfastness on a hidden area prior to use. If the color is affected, do not use the spray. This product was tested on multiple surfaces prior to being put out on the market.

Q: What do I do if my pet’s behavior gets worse?

A: Consult your veterinarian.

Q: Should both the Diffuser and Spray products be used together for better results?

A: These products can be used together however care needs to be taken to limit the use of the spray inside areas with active diffusers. Too much pheromone in the air for a prolonged period can reduce the effectiveness of the product. Too much pheromone exposure can saturate an animal’s olfactory (sense of smell) and desensitize the animal to the pheromone.

Q: I left these in my car when it was very hot/cold. Are they still okay to use?

A: Yes. Allow the product to come to room temperature.
